Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
To start a return, you can contact us at thatsawraplash@gmail.com or through instagram. Please note that if it was a damage caused by the carrier it is out of our hands and you would need to file a claim through the delivery carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours from delivered date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There is no exceptions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
There is no refunds. If there was a mistake on our end, you would need to return the products and once received and inspected would issue new items. For faster arrival, repurchase and once returned items are inspected we would issue the previous orders refund.
